WyzeLab LLC ("we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications on behalf of our clients. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use applications published by WyzeLab LLC.

When you use applications published by WyzeLab LLC, we may collect the following types of information:

4. Information Sharing with Client Organizations

Important: When you provide information through an application (such as your name, phone number, or email for booking services or receiving updates), that information is shared with the Client Organization whose app you are using. The Client Organization will use your information according to the purpose for which you provided it, such as:

• Processing service bookings (e.g., puja reservations)
• Sending event notifications and updates
• Communicating about religious services and community activities
• Managing member or devotee records

Each Client Organization is responsible for their own use of your information and must comply with applicable privacy laws. We recommend reviewing the Client Organization's privacy practices if available.

5. Data Security

We take data security seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Storing data in secure databases with encryption
• Using secure transmission protocols (SSL/TLS)
• Implementing access controls and authentication measures
• Regular security assessments and updates
• Maintaining reasonable security measures that meet or exceed industry standards
• Protecting your information in a manner at least as protective as we protect other confidential and sensitive information

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5a. Data Breach Notification (Illinois Requirements)

For Illinois Residents: In compliance with the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (815 ILCS 530), if we experience a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify you in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay. Notification will be provided via:

• Written notice sent to your address on file, or
• Electronic notice sent to your email address, or
• If the above methods are unavailable or would be cost-prohibitive, through substitute notice including conspicuous posting on our website and notification to major statewide media

6. Information Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Client Organizations may retain your information according to their own retention policies.

Data Disposal: When personal information is no longer needed for business purposes, we ensure secure disposal by:

• Rendering electronic records unreadable and unrecoverable through secure deletion methods
• Properly shredding, burning, or otherwise destroying paper records containing personal information

7a. Biometric Information (Illinois BIPA Compliance)

Current Practice: Our applications currently do NOT collect, store, or process biometric information such as fingerprints, facial recognition data, iris scans, voiceprints, or hand scans.

Future Collection Notice: If we or any Client Organization decides to collect biometric information in the future, we will comply with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (740 ILCS 14) by:

• Providing you with written notice of what biometric data will be collected and stored
• Informing you of the specific purpose and length of time for which the biometric data will be collected, stored, and used
• Obtaining your written consent (including electronic signature) before collecting any biometric data
• Publicly disclosing our biometric data retention and destruction policy
• Never selling, leasing, trading, or profiting from biometric information
• Storing biometric data using reasonable security measures that meet industry standards

You will always be notified and asked for explicit consent before any biometric data collection occurs.
